In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter. Add flour sugar and salt and continue to whisk until smooth.
Heat a tawa, medium-sized frying pan or crepe pan over medium heat.
Rub a small amount of butter or oil applied on the surface with a brush or paper towel.
Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup or ladle, pour the crepe batter into the hot pan, tilting the pan in a circular motion to ensure that the batter is thin and even. Cook 1 to 2 minutes each side, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
