Ingredients

Frank's red hot sauce
like Frank’s RedHot

unsalted butter

garlic powder

white vinegar

honey
or brown sugar, for a touch of sweetness
Instructions
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, and optional honey or sugar.
Whisk until smooth and heated through (do not boil).
Once your chicken tenderloins are fried and hot, toss them in the warm Buffalo sauce until well coated.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, or stuffed in a toasted sandwich bun.
