Ingredients

lbs
boneless lamb
cut into cubes
¼
cup
green seasoning

tsp
Himalayan salt
1
tsp
black pepper
freshly ground
1
tbs
minced garlic
Juice ½ lemon
1
tsp
ground cumin
3
tbs
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cut lamb into cubes and rinse with the juice of a lemon and water. Drain or pat dry.
Season lamb with the remaining ingredients.
Marinate min 30 mins or overnight in a sealed bag, bowl or container.
When ready to grill, soak skewers in water for 30 mins, start to heat grill and bring lamb to room temperature.
Skewer lamb and place on hot grill. Alternately, place the lamb skewers on a sheet pan and place under the broiler.
Grill, turning as required, until nicely browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
