Lime | Liming

‘Lime’ or ‘liming’ in Trinidad has nothing to do with the sour fruit. It is the act of hanging out with friends to eat, drink, dance, go to the beach, go a rum shop, a friend’s house, by the road (literally anywhere) to have a great time.

Sentence: “Organize a lime nah!” or “We liming tonight” or “Lewee buss a lime”(Meaning: Let’s hang out!)
