In this recipe, chicken leg and thighs are marinated overnight in a blend of green seasoning, salt, black pepper, all purpose and adobo. The last two are optional but good when you need a variation.
Clean chicken removing feathers, trimming excess skin and fat. Wash chicken with the juice of a lime or lemon. Drain.
Season with green seasoning, salt, pepper, all purpose and adobo if using. Marinate overnight for best results. You can season thr chicken, place in freezer bags and freezer until ready to use.
When ready to grill, remove the seasoned chicken from refrigerator or freezer, bring to room temperature.
Place in a single layer on a baking tray or dish, drizzle with oil and place in a preheated oven --350 degrees Fahrenheit. Alternatively, heat grill to high. Place chicken on oiled grill.
Cook until bottom is dark golden brown. Baste with BBQ sauce. Flip
