Mother’s Day Dinner – Barbecued Ribs and Potato Salad

One hour after returning from my mother’s day lunch at a restaurant, someone requested ribs and potato salad for dinner. I am not saying who. It should be criminal to ask a “mom” to cook on mother’s day, but apparently withdrawal symptoms from not eating my cooking for two whole meals became unbearable for some–and I found myself in the kitchen to save the “suffering”.

I am working on the recipe for the ribs to share with you and will do so soon! In the meantime, please enjoy the picture…I served the ribs with a regular salad of cabbage, cucumbers, red and orange bells peppers and grated carrots and potato salad made with both regular and sweet potatoes.

With love,
Ria
