It’s 2:02 AM…day after our humble feast, no, several hours after. Words really aren’t necessary on this post..even if I wanted to share the details of my day, it’s not even possible. You know why(hint–the “T” word).
All I’ll say is thank you. Thank you for being part of my life, for visiting my blog, for listening to my ramblings, for trying my recipes, for your comments and messages, for coming back again and again. I appreciate you. I appreciate you so much I am writing this post for you…..instead of sleeping.
Hope you had a wonderful day. I did. It was a very quiet and serene evening with my husband and kids, my sister and her family, my Uncle and his family and my cousin(the Canadians), no full house, no twenty dishes… a Thanksgiving unlike any other Thanksgiving I have ever celebrated….I needed the break…We all need a break sometimes, right?….
Here are a few additional pictures…..
Buttermilk Corn Bread
Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Fries…..
Trinidad-style Pepper Shrimps…..
With love, thanks and appreciation,
Ria

My pleasure Magz! Thanks always for your support! Lots of love back to you! 🙂
Hi Ria, thanks for sharing this fab post! I especially love the look of the pepper shrimp! What gives it that bright orange color? Would love to get my hands on that recipe! Thanks once again, Sherry
