Pancake Ingredients

Ingredients You Will Need:

  • 1 ½ cups whole milk, room temp
  • 2 eggs, room temp (don’t over beat)
  • 3 tbs unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tbs baking powder (preferable aluminum free)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (I use Himalayan pink salt)
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 pint blueberries, optional

Make pancakes in 5 Easy Steps:

  1. Whisk milk, eggs and melted butter.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients
  4. Pour the batter onto the hot griddle or pan.
  5. Cook until golden brown

Remove to a plate and Enjoy!

  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk milk, egg and melted butter. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the wet ingredients and mix just until smooth- Do not over mix.
  • Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Rub a generous amount of butter or oil on surface.
  • Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, pour the batter onto the hot griddle.
  • Arrange blueberries on top. Cook until golden brown and air bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown as well.
  • Remove to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
