In the realm of morning delights, my younger daughter Lani is an unwavering advocate for the grandeur of breakfast. But not just any breakfast—she seeks the harmonious symphony of pancakes, french toast, waffles, crepes, eggs, bacon, ham, and a dash of fruit for good measure.
Her love for these morning feasts extends beyond the home kitchen; it’s a key reason she adores cruises, relishing the opportunity to sample everything on the menu, all generously topped with the golden elixir—maple syrup.
From the very inception of her existence, I’ve been crafting a variety of pancake masterpieces to satiate her morning cravings. It’s a ritual that has become synonymous with comfort, warmth, and the simple joy of shared breakfasts. Today, I’m excited to share one of her all-time favorites, a recipe that has been a steadfast companion in our family kitchen.
Introducing “Lani’s Pancakes”—a golden stack that encapsulates the essence of a perfect breakfast. I may be a bit tardy in bringing this beloved recipe to the blog, but as they say, better late than never. Join me on a culinary journey as we recreate the magic of Lani’s Pancakes together.
