Pasta with Meat Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 4-6 cloves garlic chopped
- Hot pepper
- 1 tbs dried oregano
- 1 tbs green seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt
- 1 jar pasta sauce large shells
- 3-4 tbs brown sugar
- 1 box pasta large shells, 8 -12oz
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 package mozzarella cut into arge cubes, 1 lb
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wide pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic and hot pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground meat, breaking up chunks with the base of a spoon.
- When no longer pink, add oregano, green seasoning, salt, black pepper, pasta sauce, brown sugar and cook for 15 minutes low heat.
- Add in cheese chunks and stir to combine. Stir in pasta and parsley.
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
