  • Heat oil in a wide pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic and hot pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add ground meat, breaking up chunks with the base of a spoon.
  • When no longer pink, add oregano, green seasoning, salt, black pepper, pasta sauce, brown sugar and cook for 15 minutes low heat.
  • Add in cheese chunks and stir to combine. Stir in pasta and parsley.
  • Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
